Lemon-Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- In a large nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook the garlic in oil over medium heat for 30 seconds. Add the beans; cook and stir for 10-13 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in the lemon juice, pepper and sea salt.
