What services do you offer?

We offer personalized nutrition counseling, meal planning, and wellness coaching tailored to your needs.

How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment through our website or by calling our office directly.

Are all visits conducted remote?

Yes, all of our visits are done remotely, so you can take advantage of our services from the comfort of your own home—or anywhere in the world.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes, we provide virtual consultations via video calls for your convenience.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are generally Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM, for phone and email support. Appointment times to meet with Elizabeth may vary.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 48 hours, or two business days, before your scheduled time.

What makes EB Nutrition Different?

We take a whole-person approach, assessing your full health and medical history, not just focusing on weight loss. By identifying root causes and working with your physician, we create a natural, personalized plan that supports your overall well-being.

Do you accept Insurance?

We provide a super bill after video chat or phone visits upon request, which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Coverage depends on your insurance policy, and we cannot guarantee any specific reimbursement amount.

How long are the initial and follow up consultations?

Initial consultations typically last 60 minutes and are fully customized to your needs. Follow-up visits range from 30 minutes to 1 hour, based on your program.

How do supplement orders work?

We offer supplements and vitamins that we order through our trusted supplier and ship directly to your home. A shipping fee applies, and all supplement prices and order totals will be discussed with you before we place the order.

Do I need a re-evaluation before booking sessions?

If it has been one year or more since your last visit, a one-hour re-evaluation ($350) is required before booking any sessions. If it has been less than one year since your last visit, no re-evaluation is required.

What happens after a re-evaluation?

After completing your re-evaluation, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A 3-month program, or

  • A 6-session package

Single sessions are not available after a re-evaluation.

Can I book a single session?

Single sessions are not offered. All returning clients (within one year of their last visit) must purchase a 6-session package to continue care.

What if I was a client less than a year ago?

If your last visit was within the past year:

  • No re-evaluation is needed

  • You must purchase a 6-session package to book appointments
