Your Body Speaks Your Mind

The body and the mind are in constant communication. Throughout our lives, the energies that we have been exposed to physically and emotionally get stored within our cells. Over time, these energies can cause wear and tear resulting in imbalances, symptoms, and ultimately dis-ease. By recognizing what our body is trying to communicate we can better interpret, process, and respond in a way that allows complete release, relaxation, and healing.  

Our Mind/Body sessions are designed to provide a sacred ground for healing and self-nurture to occur. By slowing down our conscious processing, we are able to tune into subconscious energy patterns that may be holding us back. Through the use of aromatherapy, chakra tuning and guided imagery, we are able to clear these energies, reduce stress, and promote healing. Responses to sessions include improved sleep, reduced stress, weight loss, pain reduction, and better digestion.
