What happens if the date to cancel has passed, and I am unable make it into the office?

We certainly understand that unexpected events may arise and do our very best to accommodate. Therefore, we offer an appointment over the phone instead of in the office. A phone consultation works exactly like an office visit and your plan is sent to you via email or fax.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is two full business days. For example, if you have a Wednesday appointment, we ask that you call by the end of the business day the Monday before. For a Monday appointment, we ask that you call by the end of the business day the Thursday before. Cancellations made in less than 2 business days will be charged for the full length of the appointment scheduled.

What type of testing do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of testing that ranges from metabolic readings and adrenal stress tests to digestive, hormone and food allergy testing. Please see the laboratory testing section for more detailed information.

What about special needs patients?

We see many special needs patients and work very closely with their families and/or facilities to help them achieve their health-related goals. Contact us to learn more.

What age groups do you see?

We work with age groups across the entire lifecycle from infants to seniors. Our dietitians cater their consults to the specific audience with which they are working.

How do I know that your dietitians have experience with my health concern?

We work with a wide range of health concerns such as general nutrition, weight loss/gain, and specific medical issues. Our dietitians have a very broad range of medical nutrition expertise, so chances are they have experience with your specific concern.

How much are the office visit consultations?
