Banana Split Dessert

Ingredients
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate flavored syrup
- ¼ cup strawberry flavored ice cream topping
- 1 8oz can crushed pineapple (juice pack), drained
- ½ cup frozen fat-free whipped dessert topping, thawed
- 2 tablespoons chipped dry roasted peanuts
- Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
Directions
- Cut bananas in half crosswise, then in half lengthwise.
- To assemble, arrange bananas and strawberries in 4 dessert dishes.
- Drizzle with chocolate flavored syrup and strawberry flavored ice cream topping.
- Top with pineapple, whipped topping, and peanuts.
- Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
