Banana Split Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate flavored syrup
  • ¼ cup strawberry flavored ice cream topping
  • 1 8oz can crushed pineapple (juice pack), drained
  • ½ cup frozen fat-free whipped dessert topping, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons chipped dry roasted peanuts
  • Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
 

Directions

  1. Cut bananas in half crosswise, then in half lengthwise.
  2. To assemble, arrange bananas and strawberries in 4 dessert dishes.
  3. Drizzle with chocolate flavored syrup and strawberry flavored ice cream topping.
  4. Top with pineapple, whipped topping, and peanuts.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
