Berry Nut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup whole oats
  • 1/3 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup low-fat milk or milk alternative (soy, rice, almond, etc)
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds (optional)

Directions

  1. Stir together all ingredients except almonds in a bowl. Cover with saran wrap and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. In the morning, uncover, stir, and top with almonds. Enjoy!
