Cajun Salmon

Ingredients
– 2 medium-sized salmon fillets
– 2 teaspoons ground cumin
– 2 teaspoons ground coriander
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
– 2 teaspoons oregano
– Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
– Olive oil or coconut oil
Directions
Over medium-high heat, melt oil in a medium saute pan. Combine the spices for the salmon in a small bowl. Turn the salmon fillets in the spices, covering all sides. Place the salmon fillets (skin side under) in pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes before turning over. Cook another 3 to 4 minutes or until done.
