Ingredients

– 1/2-3/4 cup almond milk
– 1/3 cup light coconut milk
– 1/2 frozen banana
– 1 scoop Pure Protein Powder
– 1 tbsp. flax seeds or chia seeds
– 2-3 cubes ice

Directions

Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
