Coconut Macadamia Nut Smoothie

Ingredients
• 3/4 cups light coconut milk
• 1/4 of an avocado
• 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
• 10 macadamia nuts
• 1/4 cup coconut shreds unsweetened
• 1 scoop Pure Protein Powder
• A dash of cinnamon
• A little honey, stevia, or maple syrup to sweeten (optional)
• 2-3 cubes ice
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.
