Fruit Kebobs with Lemon Creme

Ingredients

  • 12 oz low-fat lemon yogurt
  • 4 tbsp reduced-calorie cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds
  • 4 tsp lemon zest
  • 24 cubes fruit, such as strawberries, cantaloupe and kiwi
 

Directions

  1. Combine yogurt and cream cheese and blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in poppy seeds and lemon zest.
  3. Refrigerate to blend flavors.
  4. Thread fruit on skewers and serve with lemon cream.
