Ingredients
- 1 lb trimmed asparagus
- 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients on a jelly-roll pan; toss to coat. Bake at 425 for 8 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
