Garlic and Red Pepper Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 lb trimmed asparagus
  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients on a jelly-roll pan; toss to coat. Bake at 425 for 8 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
