Ingredients
• 1 cup brewed green tea, cooled (Recommended brand: Tazo Green Lotus Decaf Green Tea)
• ½ frozen banana
• 1 cup baby spinach
• 1 scoop Pure Protein Powder
• 1-2 teaspoons honey
• 3-4 cubes ice
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 30-45 seconds, or until smooth.
