Kale and Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients
- 12 ounces small baby potatoes, halved
- 1 1/2 Tbsp canola oil
- 2 Tbsp sliced garlic
- 3 cups chopped kale
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
- Place potatoes in a saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cook 8 minutes; drain.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add canola oil.
- Add potatoes and garlic; cook 3 minutes. Add kale and 1 Tbsp water. Cover and cook 3 minutes.
- Add sesame oil, salt, pepper; toss.
