Kiwi Citrus Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1 navel orange, peeled
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder, vanilla or unflavored
  • 1/2 cup nonfat, plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon flavored avocado oil
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Purée all ingredients. If the smoothie is too thick add more ice and blend again.
