Peaches & Cream Shake

Ingredients
-6-8 oz. almond milk
-1 Tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
-1 scoop Pure Protein Powder
-1 large handful fresh spinach (optional)
-1 Peach sliced or frozen
-6 ice cubes
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed. This will ensure that all ingredients get combined properly.
2. Blend on high until smooth.
3. Enjoy immediately or freeze for later enjoyment if you prefer a thicker consistency.
