Peanut, Coconut Delight

Ingredients
- 2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon creamy, low-fat peanut butter
- ¼ cup brewed decaf coffee
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut, shredded
- 1 ¾ cups non-fat milk
- 2 or 3 ice cubes
Directions
- In a blender, combine the milk, coffee, and ice and pulse for a few seconds.
- Next, purée the mixture until the liquid forms a “tornado.”
- Add the protein powder, peanut butter, and coconut to the center of the blended mixture.
- Finally, purée until it’s thick and creamy. Serve immediately.
