Peanut, Coconut Delight

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon creamy, low-fat peanut butter
  • ¼ cup brewed decaf coffee
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut, shredded
  • 1 ¾ cups non-fat milk
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes
 

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, coffee, and ice and pulse for a few seconds.
  2. Next, purée the mixture until the liquid forms a “tornado.”
  3. Add the protein powder, peanut butter, and coconut to the center of the blended mixture.
  4. Finally, purée until it’s thick and creamy. Serve immediately.
