Salmon Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 pouch (6oz) pink salmon
- 2 tbsp chopped red onion
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp grapefruit juice
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Directions
- Toast walnuts until golden brown. In a medium bowl, combine spinach, salmon and walnuts.
- Meanwhile, combine last four ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk to blend and pour over salad.
