Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk – skim, soy, almond, rice, goat
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp lemon-flavored avocado oil
  • 1 scoop whey protein, vanilla or unflavored
  • 1 navel orange, peeled
  • Handful ice cubes

Directions

  1. Purée all ingredients.
