Ingredients

• Fresh baby spinach 
• English cucumber, cut into ribbons 
• Ripe avocado, coarsely chopped 
• Kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch pieces
• Toasted sliced almonds
• Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette

 

Directions

Combine spinach, cucumber, avocado, kiwi fruit and almonds. Serve with Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette.
