Strawberry Almond Flour Pancakes

Ingredients

1 egg
1 rounded tbsp almond flour
1tsp coconut flour
coconut oil or PAM spray
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
stevia to taste
2-3 tbsp. sliced organic strawberries

Directions

1. Heat coconut oil on stainless pan.
2. Whisk egg with a splash of water.
3. Add your tbsp of almond flour and tsp of coconut flour. the coconut flour is to help thicken.
4. Add baking soda, cream of tartar and stevia to taste.
5. Whisk well to get a smooth consistency.
6. Pour into hot pan and reduce heat to medium/low.
7. Cut up strawberry or two and place onto firming batter.
8. Flip when ready.
