Sumptuous Salmon

Ingredients

  • 8 oz salmon
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Greek seasoning
 

Directions

  1. Cut 2, 4 oz portions of salmon and put them in a deep frying pan with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and Greek seasoning.
  2. Bring them to a boil, turn down the heat, cover for five minutes and remove cover for another five minutes before serving.
