Sumptuous Salmon

Ingredients
- 8 oz salmon
- Olive oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp Greek seasoning
Directions
- Cut 2, 4 oz portions of salmon and put them in a deep frying pan with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and Greek seasoning.
- Bring them to a boil, turn down the heat, cover for five minutes and remove cover for another five minutes before serving.
