Ingredients
– 1/2 cup blackberries and raspberries
– 5 medium strawberries
– 1-2 tbsp. ground flaxseed or chia seed
– 2-3 cubes ice
– 6-8 oz. (1/2-3/4 cup) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
– 1 scoop Pure Protein Powder
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
