Turkey Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tsp curry
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 2 portions cooked turkey breast (about ½ lb), chopped
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, curry, ginger, and thyme. Stir in raisins, cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Combine precooked, chopped turkey and celery with yogurt mixture.
- Line 2 plates with mixed salad greens. Top each with a portion of turkey mixture and sprinkle with sliced almonds. Serve and enjoy!
