Elizabeth Blumberg is a fabulous nutritionist and an extremely thorough clinician. I can not speak highly enough of her skills and insights. She looks at the whole person, then goes beneath the surface, diagnosing health problems, creating strategies and indepth, individualized, balanced food plans. People who have suffered for years with undiagnosed conditions can find answers and relief under her care, using food as medicine and health.
